I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Rameswaram.

Very nice, clean and homely feeling at this hotel. The food was also great as it did not have an overload of spices. Great taste.

The service seemed to be a tad slow, maybe due to scarcity of adequate staff? Otherwise the staff was very courteous and served with a smile

room, service, cleanliness, facilities good.

Food was not unto standard, soup not made as per what mentioned in menu. Ordered thali but took very long and needed reminder before serving. Hi tea ( complimentary) was from 4-5PM, should have been from 5-6.30.

Accommodation was really great , comfortable and clean

Lunch wasn't upto the mark , breakfast buffet was really good in terms of taste and quality wherelse lunch options was less and taste too wasn't upto the mark

Buffet très copieux, près des temples, restaurant confortable et petit déjeuner de qualité (noix, plats indiens, crudités, pâtisseries etc) Petite piscine mais abords pas entretenus

Dysfonctionnements continus, fuite toilettes, après 2 passage toujours le même problème, changement de chambre mais eau tiède à certaines heures, couleurs extrêmement bruyant, cad clientèle familiale (pèlerins parfois) enfants qui courent partout, musique forte, pas de serviettes de bain à la piscine, dommage pour une chaîne telle que ITC

« Le meilleur hôtel de la ville »

Chambres spacieuses et très bien insonorisées. Literie excellente. Petits-déjeuners variés (indiens et continentaux) servis par un personnel attentif et sympathique. Espace d'accueil permettant de partager boissons et en-cas avec ses amis. Salle de fitness bien équipée. Piscine et aménagements extérieurs agréables et de qualité. Espaces verts soignés. Personnel de sécurité (voituriers) et de réception, professionnels, souriants et serviables. Service de blanchisserie rapide. Petite boutique cadeaux permettant de faire un achat, si l'on n'a pas eu le temps de parcourir la ville. Bref, tous les personnels, tous les aménagements de l'hôtel, permettent d'apprécier le temps passé à Rameswaram et de se reposer confortablement, au calme. La qualité des hôtels laissant souvent à désirer, dans cette ville, mieux vaut ne pas passer à coté d'un endroit comme celui-ci.

« Hotle bien, mai sun peu cher pour la qualité offerte »

Pour ce niveau de tarif, on pouvait s'attendre à de meilleurs équipements, l'offre restauraation était plutôt limité, la piscine était chaude avec peu de places pour s'allonger, la chambre ok mais sans plus.
